The Order Rating Criteria screen in DoBites allows administrators to define the criteria by which customers evaluate their orders. These ratings provide valuable feedback to improve service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction.


Notes

Fields Explanation

  • Name*
    The name of the rating criteria set in English.
    Example: Order Rating.

  • Name Ar*
    The name of the rating criteria set in Arabic.
    Example: تقييم الطلب.

  • Item Name / Item Name Ar*
    Individual rating factors defined in both English and Arabic.
    Each factor is a criterion that customers will score.
    Examples:

    • Delivery Time / سرعة توصيل

    • Food Quality / جودة الطلب

    • Price / السعر

  • Add Item
    Adds a new rating criterion.
    Example: Packaging / التغليف.

  • Remove
    Deletes an existing rating item from the list.


Workflow Example


  1. Enter the Name and Name Ar for the overall rating set.



  2. Add multiple Item Names in both English and Arabic to define the specific criteria.



  3. Use Add Item to create new evaluation fields.



  4. Save the configuration to make it live for customers.

Pro Tip:
Keep the rating criteria simple (3–5 items max) to encourage customers to complete feedback quickly. Focus on aspects that matter most: delivery speed, food quality, price, and packaging.
