The "Pending Orders" screen is the unified interface used to receive all new orders from various sales channels such as the website, app, Talabat, Mrsool, or call center.
It is available at the branch through Deyafa POS and at the call center through Hala CRM. The staff uses it to Accept, Reject, View, or Track orders.

✅ Top Section – Filters


• From – To: To filter orders by creation date.

• Order Source: Choose the source (e.g., Talabat, Website, Mrsool).

• Order Status: Filter by the current status of the orders.

• Store List: Select the branch to view its orders.

• Is Void: Select whether to show voided (cancelled) orders.

• Action Buttons: Include Select All, Unselect All, Accept, Prepare, On the Way, Delivered, Reject, and Display for updating order statuses.

Info

• Select: Checkbox to select the order.

• Number – Order Number: Internal reference number.

• Aggregator Number: Order number from aggregator platform.

• UrbanPiper OrderId: ID assigned by UrbanPiper.

• Date: Timestamp when the order was received.

• Status: Current status of the order.

• Source: Source platform (e.g., Talabat, Website).

• Loyalty Discount: Discount from loyalty points.

• Coupon Discount: Discount from coupon code.

• Aggregator Discount: Discount from Talabat or Mrsool.

• CardCode: Customer or loyalty card code.

• Amount: Total order value.

• StoreName: Name of the receiving branch.

• PaymentMethod: Payment method used.

• Area: Geographic delivery area.
