🧾 DoBites – Online Order Performance Dashboard Manual

📍 Overview

The DoBites Dashboard helps you track and analyze online order performance across all your digital channels in one place:

  • 🤝 Aggregators (Talabat, Mrsool, HungerStation, etc.)


🔹 1. Time Period Selection

At the top of the dashboard, select a custom date range (e.g., Jan 1 to Jun 26, 2025) to filter all performance indicators accordingly.



🔹 2. Filters

You can narrow results using multiple dropdown filters:

  • Branch – Choose a specific location or view all.

  • Order Type – Dine-In, Delivery, Carryout, Self-Order, etc.

  • Order Source – Website, Branded App, Talabat, Mrsool, and more.

  • Payment Type – Cash, Online Payment, Aggregator Credit.



📊 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The top performance boxes show real-time business insights:

  • Total Orders – Including breakdown by order status (Pending, Prepared, Delivered, Rejected, etc.)

  • 💵 Average Check (AVG Check) – Average revenue per order.

  • 🧾 Net Sales – Total sales after discounts and tax.

  • 💳 Payment Types – Cash, Visa, Online, Aggregator Credit.

  • 📉 Discounts / Coupons Used – Monitor promotions.

  • 🚚 Delivery Fees Collected

  • Order Rating – Customer feedback (if applicable).


📈 4. Performance Charts & Visuals

1. Sales Per Order Type

A pie chart showing how orders are distributed between:

  • Delivery

  • Dine-In

  • Pickup at Store

  • Self-Order

2. Best Selling Items

  • Bar chart comparing most ordered items by Website vs App.

3. Best Selling Categories

  • Pie chart of top categories: Kitchen, Sandwiches, Sweet, Casseroles, etc.

4. Sales Per Order Source (Aggregator Analysis)

  • Table showing:

    • Number of orders

    • Revenue (EGP)

    • Voids and discounts per platform

    • Examples: Talabat, Mrsool, DoBites App, Website

5. Order Per Branch

  • Table showing orders and revenue by each branch

  • Includes voids, discounts, and performance comparison

6. Hourly Sales

  • Line graph showing order volume by hour to identify peak hours.
