Tracking Orders: The Order List Section

The "Order List" section, accessible through the third tab under "Brand", provides a comprehensive history of all your online orders. This section empowers you to search for specific orders and even modify their void status if needed.

Unveiling Your Order History:

The "Order List" section serves as your central hub for tracking and managing your online orders. This screen displays a clear and organized list of past orders, providing a valuable historical record for analysis and customer service purposes.

Searching for Specific Orders:

Finding a specific order within your history is a breeze. Here's how the search functionality works:

  1. Locate the Search Bar: Look for the search bar positioned at the top of the order list.

  2. Tailored Search: Enter any relevant information you possess about the order you're searching for. This could include a customer name, order number, or any other unique identifier associated with the order.

  3. Initiate the Search: Once you've entered your search term(s), click the "Display" button (or press Enter on your keyboard). The order list will automatically update, showcasing only those orders that match your search criteria.

  4. Reviewing Order Details: Clicking on any order within the list provides you with a detailed view of all the associated information. This typically includes customer details, order items, pricing, and any relevant notes.

Modifying Order Status (Optional):

In some instances, you might need to modify the void status of an order. The "Order List" section empowers you to perform this action with ease:

  1. Locate the Order: Find the order you want to modify within the list.

  2. Access the Edit Menu: Beside each order entry, you'll typically find a gear icon or similar "Edit" option. Click on this icon to access the order's edit menu.

  3. Adjust Void Status: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to modify the order's void status. This status typically indicates whether the order is considered valid or cancelled. Select the appropriate option (e.g., "True" for void, "False" for valid).

  4. Save Your Changes: Once you've made your selection, click "OK" or a similar "Save" button to finalize your edits and update the order's void status within the system.

By mastering the search and editing functionalities within the "Order List" section, you can efficiently track your online orders, access detailed customer information, and ensure accurate order management within your organization.
