Adding structured void reasons also improves reporting and provides valuable insights for management when analyzing order flow, customer experience, or staff performance.
Code*
A unique identifier for the reason.
Example: VR001 or simply 1.
Must be unique across all reasons.
NameEn*
The void reason name in English.
Example: “Customer Cancelled” / “Out of Stock”.
NameAr*
The void reason name in Arabic.
Example: “إلغاء من العميل” / “نفاد الصنف”.
Description*
A short explanation of the void reason.
Example: “Order cancelled by customer before preparation started” or “Item unavailable at the branch”.
Save (blue button): Confirms and saves the new void reason into the system.
Close (red button): Exits without saving changes.
