The Reports section in DoBites provides a comprehensive set of analytical tools that help management monitor financial and operational performance, as well as measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and marketing campaigns.

Available Types:

  • New Customers: Number of customers newly enrolled in the loyalty program.

  • Rewarding & Redemption: Points awarded to customers and points redeemed.

  • Store Rewarding & Redemption: Analysis of points earned and redeemed per store/branch.

  • Coupon Campaign: Performance of campaigns using coupons.

  • Churn Rate Report: Percentage of customers lost over a defined period.

  • Customers Classifications: Categorization of customers based on purchasing behavior.

  • POS Agent Performance: Evaluation of POS staff performance in applying loyalty actions.

  • Survey Average Rating: Results of customer surveys and their average scores.

  • Customer Notifications: Tracking of notifications or messages sent to customers.

  • Campaign Efficiency: Measurement of marketing campaign success in achieving goals.
