The Employee Target Editor screen in the DoBites platform is used to monitor and motivate staff performance by assigning clear, measurable goals within a defined time frame.

These targets help management track how well each employee meets their assigned goals, and they also provide the basis for generating reports that compare actual performance against targets.

Data Tab

Start From Date*

  • The date when the target begins.

  • Example: 15/09/2025.

End To Date*

  • The date when the target ends.

  • Example: 16/09/2025.

Target*

  • The numeric goal or value that the employee is expected to achieve within the specified period.

  • In this context, the target refers to the number of customers enrolled in the loyalty program either through the POS system at branches or via the call center.

  • Example: 50 customers per day.
