
The Not Available Items screen is used to specify products or choices that should not be displayed or sold in certain branches, either temporarily or permanently. This feature helps restaurants manage stock and daily operations more flexibly, ensuring unavailable items are hidden from customers across different ordering channels.
When you click on Item Not Available, a pop-up window appears with the following options:

Stores: List of available branches. You can enable/disable stores where the restriction applies.
+/-: Add (+) to include a new item in the not available list, or remove (–) to delete it.
Item: The specific product to be marked as unavailable (e.g., Margherita Pizza).
Size: Defines the size linked to the unavailable item (Small – Medium – Large – Default).
Item / Choice: Select whether the restriction applies to a full item or just a specific choice (extra).

Save: To save the changes.
Working...: Displayed while the changes are being processed.
