This module is essential for boosting customer engagement, promoting offers, and increasing sales through personalized communication.
Fields Explanation
Code*
Unique identifier for the campaign.
Example: SMS01 or Offer2025.
Name En / Name Ar*
Campaign name in English and Arabic.
Example: Summer Promo / عرض الصيف.
Campaign Tool*
Defines the delivery channel or tool used for the campaign.
Options include:
SMS
Mobile Notification
Reward Program
Assign Coupon
Survey
Brand Gift
Template*
Predefined message template that will be used for the campaign.
Example: Welcome, Reward, Offer 50.
Query*
The audience filter or customer group targeted by the campaign.
Queries are predefined rules such as “Point over 500” or customer phone lists.

Displays all previously created campaigns with details including:
Code (campaign identifier)
Name En / Name Ar
Campaign Tool (SMS, Email, etc.)
Action By (User who created the campaign)
Push Date (Executed date of the campaign)
The list also shows usage statistics such as the number of SMS sent and app notifications pushed.

Define the campaign code and name.
Select the appropriate Campaign Tool (e.g., SMS).
Choose a Template with the prepared marketing message.
Assign a Query to target the right customer group.
Save and Send the campaign.
